Kabalega Wilderness Lodge is located on the southern side of the park. The Deluxe Safari Cabins are surrounded by the lush bush and this gives you an amazing view of the sunset and scenic view of River Nile. The Deluxe Safari Cabins have an open private en-suite facility, river view bath, enclosed toilet and walk-in rain shower. These cabins are furnished with either a double or two single beds. With a private deck where you can relax in comfortable lounger chairs after a long day of safari driving. Kabalega wilderness also has Single Safari Cabins designed easy and comfort, fitted with a private timber deck balcony with comfortable loungers giving you a good view of the tropical sun rays of the majestic River Nile. The bathroom has a wash basin, enclosed toilet and bath tub. Kabalega Wilderness Lodge is visited by a number of wildlife since its situated in the Murchison falls conservation area such as monkeys, hippos and swing monkeys.

With its location on the landscapes of Murchison Falls National Park and the history and culture of the Bunyoro region of Uganda, Kabalega Wilderness Lodge also got its “name Kabalega originates from King Kabalega of Bunyoro”. Kabalega wilderness lodge has individual Safari Cabins into the wilderness.The lodge structures are made from local architectural material of mud and smooth wood, and the roof is eco-friendly with grass thatched. The lodge is decorated with local and natural materials. The cabins and dinning offer space for views of the wild surroundings.
